Myles and Wyatt were professional and easy to work with.  They were timely with the estimate and answered all our questions. They were very reliable and realistic. Excellent product knowledge; excellent customer service.  Replaced vinyl flooring installed twice by another vendor that had come apart within a year of each installation.  T&C was very patient with my concerns about trying another vinyl product.  They explained exactly what they were doing differently from the previous vendor and why this floor would not come apart.  They followed up after the installation.  I highly recommend them!

Town and Country Flooring did an exceptional job for us – both the instillation and the product.  Initially we met with Myles at his shop to discuss options for replacing old carpeting. He explained clearly the various options of flooring to us, and based on the rooms (bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom) he recommended the materials that would best meet the needs of those uses (particularly moisture/water in the bathroom).  He also gave us a potential timeline, depending upon when we would make our final decision. On the day we closed on the house, he brought samples of flooring choices to our house so we could see them against the existing flooring and woodwork.  That was extremely helpful to us in making our final choice of flooring.  Our moving date was two weeks later.  Myles successfully completed this project prior to our moving in! We are extremely pleased with our new floor.  And we were also massively pleased with Myles completing this project, so our move went as smoothly as possible.  Thank you, Myles!!

Several years ago we hired Matt to install a wood floor, carpeting and a large tile shower at our lake home. We were very pleased. Finally decided to put flooring down in my home office after tearing up the old carpet 2 1/2 years ago.  Myles worked me in quickly for his quote visit and brought samples that fit what I was looking for.
The carpet I chose was backordered, but lead-time was as expected, and install was scheduled soon after the carpet arrived.
Wyatt performed a flawless installation with no visible seams and good transitions to adjacent flooring.  He left the room clean and thoroughly vacuumed.  And the dogs love it! No complaints, good communication from start to finish and honesty.  will definitely call Town & Country for my next flooring or tile project!
